We are currently seeking for an Operations Manager.  The Operations Manager leads processes, teams and coordinates activities concerned with manufacture of pickled products from raw product to finished products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates activities of personnel working across departments in the manufacturing facility based on factors such as operational performance, costs of operation, operational safety, productivity, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibility for enforcements GMP’s across all departments of the facility.
In partnership with QA you will be responsible for the application of Food Safety and Quality Standards across all departments.
Monitors daily production to assess any deficiencies in the system
Identify and implement strategies to improve performance (KPI’s)
Assisting with identification and correction of bottlenecks within plant
Responsible for sourcing and monitoring of raw materials and packaging
Responsible for ensuring daily production runs are properly scheduled and completed
Directs and coordinates employees and plant activities to prevent delays in plant operation
Ensures proper employee job performance through supervision and disciplinary action when and if necessary
Responsible for coordinating and following through with any activities related to the process of manufacturing pickled products—from raw-product receiving through finished goods. 
Review departmental schedules, production orders and harvest schedules to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
